Our commission is 16.5% plus VAT on the net price we agree with you. And it’s added on top of your price, not taken from it: you decide how much you want per night and we add our share to the guest’s final price.
Cleaning and laundry are included. No separate invoices and no surprise costs.
You receive your share within 48 hours of the check-in of each booking. No waiting until the end of the month or the end of the season.
We don’t tie you in with long terms or automatic renewals. We agree the length of the contract with you, and everything is in writing, clear and with no hidden clauses.
It’s our preference, not a condition. Exclusivity lets us give you our full service: when several agencies manage the same home, they end up competing on price and the strategy gets lost. If we start without exclusivity, our goal is to earn your trust for the following season.
Holiday houses and villas in Mallorca, with a tourist licence and ready to offer a quality stay. Out of respect for our neighbours, we don’t work with flats in residential buildings.
