We started in 2024 with our first homes. Since then, every season has generated more bookings than the last, with more homes and without lowering the bar.

We took over its management in mid 2025. In its first full season with Habitur it has already sold 136 nights, the equivalent of more than four months fully booked. And the season is not over yet.

In three seasons we have gone from our first homes to more than 300 stays. That is exactly when many management companies start to slip: more homes, less time for each guest and ratings that drop.
We have grown without losing our rating. We still answer every message, look after every arrival and check every home just like on day one. Because for an owner, the reputation of their listing is their most valuable asset: a great rating sells more nights at a better price.
